FANTASTIC

These mugs are amazing! And customer service was unbelievable. I ordered 7 mugs and unfortunately 2 arrived broken. I sent an email and I received a response within hours and they shipped two new mugs the following day!

These items were adorable! In the shipping process, one of the mugs broke and the box got a bit dinged up, but the customer service was amazing and quick and she sent out a new mug and box within a day.
