This is the second time we’ve purchased a gift from Lace and Twig Inc, and it’s been delivered in a kind and timely manner. The item is really nicely put together – you do of course have to be considerate not to scrub off the print. But all the same, it is personal and really nicely put together.

The mug is great. My partner loves it. We do have to be careful when washing to not scrub the outside and remove the print. But so far so good. Cathy's service was really great. She made an alteration to the design on request and helped me find my receipt when I was too dim to look in my spam folder. Will absolutely purchase from Lace and Twig Inc again.
