These tools have been rubbed in olive oil and do not require special maintenance, apart from using soap and water to wash and re-oiling every once in while. Please do not put these in the dishwasher...wood dries out and it loses its smooth "skin." Use camping rules...a little bit of soap and water and they will be ready for their next cake :)
